The Whitewater Wine and Dine™ combines a world-class rafting experience with fine French cuisine and a night's stay at two of Cañon City's finest establishments. Available at our Echo Canyon River Expeditions office, you get to select the full day raft trip of your choice on the Arkansas River. Beautiful scenery abounds in this alpine desert environment, where you may encounter Bighorn Sheep, Red Tail Hawks or other native wildlife.

You will need to check-in to the Echo Canyon office 45 minutes prior to your selected trip departure time. We have restrooms and changing roms available on site and recommend that you bring a change of clothes for after your rafting trip. Upon check-in you will receive your vouchers for dinner. After changing into rafting attire we will shuttle you to the river and the start of your rafting adventure! Also included in your full day trip will be a delicious riverside lunch consisting of deli-style sandwich arrangement, sides, cookies and drinks.

At the end of your rafting trip you will be shuttled back to our office where you can view photos of your trip and peruse our gift shop. At your leisure, make your way into town to check-in to the Jewel of the Canyons Bed and Breakfast. The B&B's owners will welcome you to their lovingly restored 1890 Queen Anne home where your delightfully decorated room awaits.

 

Reservations will have been arranged for you to have dinner at Le Petit Chablis, conveniently located a few blocks from the Jewel of the Canyons. You will enjoy a deletable three course French meal complete with soup du jour or house salad, choice of entrées (fresh fish of the day, chicken, pork or beef), desserts of choice, café and a bottle of featured wine selected by the house.
